I am from New York City born and raised. My work comes from my mind, imagination and emotions. My sculptures relate and are influenced by historical references in art particularly Ancient Egyption, Greek and Roman. They reflect humanity, struggle, emotion and my creative endeavors.

I found my artistic voice working with my hands sculpting in clay while taking undergraduate courses. I later translated this voice into different mediums. While taking undergraduate courses I came upon the opportunity to visit Florence, Italy twice to assist  with my fathers exhibitions in the 2005 and 2007 Florence Biennale. During this trip I embraced the culture of Florence. I saw the Michelangelo David and the Captives at the Accedemia along with all the other great works and museums of the city. Witnessing the power of Michelangelo's work in person would unexpectingly later inspire my current work and artistic motivation. My experience of visiting Rome, Greece and being in the Colosseum while serving in the Navy prior to visiting Florence also inspires my artistic motivation where ancient antiquity and the modern intertwine. Being exposed to great artwork and culture in my early adulthood heavily influences my artistic creativity.

My recent work combines my experience of boxing as a teenager and classical sculptures of Greek and Roman gladiators. Reflecting modern boxers in a classical sense. I express the anatomy of the male and female form in an expressive way referencing boxers and as well as dancers.
